Much attention has been given to the number of foreclosures and short sale properties in Coon Rapids Minnesota, but as you can see from the data, there are still more traditional fair market properties on the market than those that involve a lender or bank. These fair market properties do not involve a bank foreclosure and many are move-in-ready little gems that can now be had for a great price and closed quickly. They are a little more than 50% of the market so there are plenty to choose from.
