Fall is arriving in Cape Coral

I heard it was 30 degrees in Minnesota today!!

Good news for the Real Estate market in Cape Coral, Florida where the sun shines every day. The mornings have dropped to a beautiful breezy 70 degrees and walking in the morning along the riverfront when the sun comes up is so great. With less than 27 days to the end of hurricane season, it is time to plan for Fall fun. So many business owners and Houses of Worship will get together to celebrate Fall Harvest or Halloween so make sure you check your local papers. The Farmer's Market returns to Club Square, the Once a month CRA downtown Street Market starts in Novemeber, Sunset Celebration is this coming Wednesday night at the Cape Coral Yacht Club beach. Our next weekend event on October 9th is the Charles J Bonaparte Sons of Italy parade and Festival. The best food and music anywhere so come on down.

Real estate prices are falling just a little, but interest rates are holding so the stars are aligning perfectly for FALL buyers and early snowbirds running from the pre-season cold weather. For all our Canadian and European friends no worries about renting, the housing market has many great buys under 100K and eager sellers.

Cape Coral has an unique quality of life, the citizens love life, and the party for life this fall is just getting started, Don't be late to the party and don't miss the fanstasitc opprtunities to purchase a new home or best vacant land on the market. www.gloriatate.com or www.gloriatate.listingbook.com

Gloria - we are expecting our "snow birds" and seasonal residents any day now here in Phoenix....but we've had record-high temps.  Still over 100 but supposed to drop to high 80s this week - I can't WAIT!
