Interesting article - Hard to know what is fair - What about the people who have sold their homes short and are in rentals because they couldn't afford the loan - but he stays in the house with no recourse ? Still, he's in this place because of some of the low handed practices of banks... Where's the answer?

yes they look so nice but Foreclosures are such tough on to stomach.
