You Can't Buy a Home On the Internet.... But You Have to Start Somewhere. This is a good place to begin the quest when searching for your new Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area home.

While you do have to start somewhere, the internet does not tell the whole story.

The pictures look great. The price is right. The home has everything you could ever ask for.

But what you don't know could be the difference between owning your dream home or the beginning of a nightmare of enormous proportions.

When you search on www.justNChomes.com, you're not only getting the most up to date listings on the area's MLS system, you're getting me too! Yup! You get me too when you search for your new Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area home at www.justNChomes.com!

A simple click of the mouse and you can ask me questions about homes that are of interest to you.

My primary responsibility is to promote your best interests.  My goal is to make you so satisfied that you hired me as your buyer's agent that you'll gladly refer me to your friends, family and co-workers.

When you hire me to represent you, by the time you're ready to put pen to paper, you'll be able to do so with confidence.

So, while you can't buy a home on the internet, you do have to start somewhere....

Craig Rutman, your Raleigh, Cary, Apex area Realtor will help you find your new home!

Jane - I couldn't have said it better no matter who you endorsed. It can be a web of confusion out there.

Dorie - Push away Dorie! And thank you. It is appreciated.

Stephanie - I'm trying to be a one stop shop for all your Real Estate needs. Consumers expect it and I want to deliver it.

Michael - That's what I'm thinking Michael. Thank you for your kind words my friend.

Endre - Thank you sir. It's hard to say which of my posts generate most of my leads. I do ask folks how they found me and it seems that the ones who found me as a result of my posts did so from reading thm over a period of time. I have had a few though that found me as a result of my Localism/ Listings posts.
