Birmingham Property Management: I Gotta Love My Tenants

It's Monday, October 4, 2010.  Rents are due on October 1st of each month.  Ask me how I'm feeling right now.

I'll tell you why:  All of the rents are in BABY!

I love my tenants and I sure know how to pick 'em through our extensive and thorough screening process.

I'm excited, but you know what?  That's nothing new.  I've got great tenants who pay on time each and ever month.

My rents are DUE on the 1st and LATE by the 5th.  I provide self-addressed payment envelopes to new renters AND I ALLOW residents to hand-deliver rent to my office.

NOW, on the 6th I will send out my pay or quit notices with $50 per resident late and $100 per resident notice fee * HeHeHe * I ENCOURAGE them to pay on time and COLLECT when they do no!!!

Yes, very nice to have tenants who respect their commitment in the lease and pay on time.  (So far we are good too!)  So IMPORTANT to pick the right tenants.
