The biggest REO news on the market is about Bank of America, CHASE, & GMAC stopping some of their foreclosures and revealuating their current REO inventory to see if the foreclosure procedure was done correctly. One of the local Bank of America listing agents told me that there is a hold on their inventory that is not in escrow. It will be interesting to see if that inventory gets pulled from the Kauai market.
