Every buyer and seller that are working in today's Denver market wants to know HOW IS THE MARKET? Here is a quick snapshot of what the statistics were up thru August of this year. Stats for September are due out this Friday. This is a collection of data for all types of properties, excluding income property and land. This does include REO (bank owned properties) and short sales, along with the resales and some new construction that is listed in MLS.
