A cook on 8/19/2007 Delicious and so simple -- this has become a favorite in my home. I did not have penne noodles this last time, so substituted whole wheat rotini; also used 1 yellow/summer squash and 1 zucchini. My hubby has requested this a few times already!! Thanks, Kraft. :)
