Okay so it's my first blog....if you want cut to the chase...view the statistics on our website www.tahoeinclinere.com thru June 2007.Real estate in Incline Village.is still alive in well.The market is not robust,but if you are working full time and watching the inventory,there is still demand in our one of a kind beautiful and pristine area.I mmean really...where else can you you be in a small town with a real community,with every recreational ammenity available from going inside to a world class gym ,taking a hike,rock climbing,mountain biking,tennis ,golf,just to name a few options.In fact when We leave the office today,I am planning on riding my mountain bike up to the Summit............there is not doubt about it ,the luxury market continues to be the most active,and for all the same reasons nationwide.
