I understand you have been in your home a while and not making payments and nothing has happened. I know you have gone through the "loan modification" game, and still negotiating, making trial payments or whatever and nothing has happened, so you say to me why should I do a short sale? It will be years before they get me out of here. I am gonna stay here for free until I have to leave.
Well a couple of things. Please remember this country, our economy all things are "controlled" to a degree by someone or somebodies. The easy excuse is the government, but that is another conversation. Here is the truth. We are entering mid term elections, AND after the first of the year begin the next presidential push. REAL ESTATE AND ARE ECONOMY IS GOING TO BE THE HOTTEST TOPIC. No matter what side of the fence you are on politically, both major parties have an agenda which will INCLUDE REAL ESTATE AND FORECLOSURES.
This new enviroment we are entering is already being set up with lenders, investors, etc.....THINGS ARE CHANGING AND STATUS QUO WILL BE NO LONGER. I am not 100% sure what will happen, BUT I AM 100% SURE SOMETHING WILL HAPPEN! The time of sitting and the banks not doing ANYTHING is coming to an end. What does this mean to you? PREPARE! Banks will need the system to move. That means Loan Mod yes or no, and if no it is short sale or we foreclose AND there will NOT BE long periods of time to make a decision. A DECISION WILL BE MADE FOR YOU! Speak with me about your situation and lets develop a plan. DONT WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE TO HAVE A PLAN, YOUR FAMILY DESERVES YOU TO DEVELOP ONE NOW!
