For some reason I got interested in your post about foreclosures in Ft Meyers.  I think you are correct some neighborhoods will do better than others in the recovery.

Thanks for stopping by!  Yes, some did better when prices went down too.  I wish there was 1 factor, but it seems there are so many to explain why.
