I can't speak for all of the country but I feel confident that Now is the best time to buy in the Knoxville TN market . With the large supply of Houses for Sale in the Knoxville Market and the extremely low mortgage rates that are available you will never find a better time to buy. East Tennessee didn't get hit as hard with home devaluation as some of the country but we did experience some drop in home prices. Many analysts feel that the Knoxville homes market has bottomed out and prices have stabilized. And most feel that the low interest rates will have to move upward.
