Positive News In Colorado Real Estate Fall has finally arrived in the front range of Colorado. We may even get some rain by this weekend! Along with that good news, I am posting some positive news that I received from my friends at Land Title in Boulder. New Jobless-Benefits Claims at 2-Year Low in Colorado: The number of Coloradans filing new claims for unemployment benefits dropped to the lowest level in nearly two years, according to data released September 23rd by the U.S. Department of Labor. read more here Colorado Springs, Denver Named Top Housing Markets By Forbes: Both Colorado Springs and Denver have been named top housing markets by investors by Forbes.
