Great New Tech Tool for Realtors (and lenders) on the Go!

By
Title Insurance with Chicago Title Insurance

Chicago Title has an exciting new technological tool that will give the realtor that professional edge when it comes to having ready answers to ALL questions concerning closing costs.  ChicagoAgent is a software program for both the handheld device and either laptop or desktop computers.  It is not only compatible with the older versions of the palm, but the newer version smartphones, as well - and with both Windows and Palm Operating Systems.  The handheld must be touchscreen, ChicagoAgent is not compatible with the scroll versions of the handheld devices such as Blackberry.  It will perform 24 different functions including good faith estimates for buyers, sellers' net proceed sheets, payment ratios, and a quick qualify program are just a few...all done in 2-3 minutes.  The print out has signature lines and a disclaimer for filing purposes.  A must have for those on the cutting edge!

Dwana, this is a great tool to have in the field when I'm with a client.  To be able to know what closing costs are going to be and the monthly payment is impressive to buyers.  I love technology and this great to have.

Hi Dwana,

This is a great tool. I am so glad I have it now. I also appreciate you driving to my office to go over the installation with me AND doing it after 5pm. That is some serious customer service. Thank you!
