Charleston Widow's Walk and Rooftop Sun porch - Wordless Wednesday

Just a typical scene downtown Charleston, SC.  Story goes that the wives of departed seagoing loved ones would go to the observation windows to watch for the ships to arrive at the Port of Charleston.  When loved ones did not return, the walk to the windows became known as the "Widow's Walk".
