People DO want to see, hear and read your current inventory. has stats to back this up.

Not very accurate when you say "setup fees, costly subscription fees & limited ability does not make this a cost effective marketing tool."

There are NO setup fees on and you can try it for FREE.  After that it's only $11.99 per month, which is far from costly.  Plus our members flyers receive hundreds of views and many times rank on the 1st page of search engines.  We also provide free virtual tours, widgets, profile blog pages that are syndicated and even provide video.  Limited ability??  Show me another online service that provides all these features for what we charge.

I agree with you that video is a great marketing tool and becoming more valuable but it is not the only marketing tool and should be used in addition to other online tools.
