Would you like to be the first to know when a new property comes to market, has a price reduction or sells in the Vail Valley? Are you are just beginning to look at real estate in the Vail Valley? If you answered yes to either of these questions then I want to let you know about a great tool on my website that you might enjoy using. It’s called “My Place.”
Go to my website: VailRealEstateInfo.com and click on the picture of the couch (or just click on the couch above) to get started. Once you create a profile for yourself, you can develop property searches for homes for sale in the Vail Valley. This data is pulled from our local MLS, so any property that fits your criteria will show up.
You can also create email notifications and whenever a new property fitting the criteria of your search comes to market, has a price reduction, or sells; you will receive an email notifying you of this. Be sure to save properties of interest and you will be notified when there is any activity on these properties as well.
