Pacific Station Lofts, Flats and Townhouse Condominiums in Encinitas

Gateway to downtown Encinitas CA along Route 101 - the Coast Road

Pacific Station is a community of flats, loft and townhome residential condos plus office space in a mixed use facility in the downtown area of Encinitas.

Pacific Station along the Coast Road in Encinitas - Early ConstructionPacific Station will be anchored by the very popular Whole Foods Market (not everyone was in favor of the project but Whole Foods seems to be a pretty popular store) among other stores (Bliss101, Icons, Twirl), Urban Solace Restaurant and Lounge, and office space.

The Pacific Station complex is nearing completion along the Coast Road just north of The Lumberyard on the east side of Route 101.

You can, if you choose, live, work and play here in the heart of town and do without a car. A multitude of shops and at least 30 restaurants are within walking distance, as is the beach, including Moonlight Beach. The Coaster commuter rail runs behind the complex with a station just a few minutes from your doorstep.

Pacific Station in Encinitas - early construction condos seen from the east side by the Railroad tracksPacific Station Condos will be available to tour soon, with several floor plans, sizes (1 to 3 bedroom), and styles (1 and 2-story). Prices (with the first release estimated for October 15th) range from:

  • the mid $300s to high $400s for flats
  • $500s to mid $700s for townhomes
  • $1 million to low $1.1 millions for lofts depending on the floor plans.

Pacific Station is an exciting urban lifestyle in the heart of the Encinitas beach community. If I can provide more information or arrange a personal tour, please feel free to let me know.

Hi Jeff!  What a great complex this will be!  And, I really do feel that you and the rest of the 'neighbors' will LOVE having WF there!  One of our most upscale areas has one nearby and it's a BIG hit!  In the spring, people walk over, purchase the fresh fruit and healthy beverages and sit on the patio for lunch.  It's just such an urban feel and is probably one of the most popular lunch spots around!

Hey Jeff - I always drive by this and wonder when it will be done!  Nothing wrong with another Whole Foods that's for sure.  Especially because I own stock in Whole Foods!  LOL

Jeff - These type of mixed use developments are the wave of the future.  It is great not have to get in a car to get to work and all of the lifestyle amenities.  I think it will be quite popular!  It also is an eco-friendly community.

Hi Jeff, looks like a lot is happening in Encinitas. We're seeing the same trend here in the San Francisco Bay Area -- having walking destinations -- Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, coffee shops, parks, CalTrain heading up and down the Peninsula -- all very popular now, and most likely, well into the future.

Jeff,

The "live, work" (and play) developments seen to be a return to a lifestyle that was really found in "any-small-town-in-the-USA".  Now it seems things have changed. Now the more urban/hip the community the more successful these are.  This one looks like a real winner!
(ok, yes I confess I said, "hip")

Hi Jeff, Dropped over to say hello. I am so far behind in posting but have bucket loads of great photo stories to share. Can't post on dial up connection but soon I will be back to daily ritual in the Rain.

Congratulations on your Gold star and for delivering yet another wonderful introduction of this great new community. With foreclosures being held back for a while, we could use some nice new inventory that we don't have convince the Sellers to fix up before marketing it, hehehe

Heading out the door so not much time, but thanks for stopping by to comment.

I actually have a number of folks who have called me about this over the last few months and are interested. It is a unique opportunity. It's easy to get excited about this place. The prices are pretty reasonable given it's new and just blocks from the beach. They haven't announced the HOA fees yet, though.
