I'm one of those sort who likes to take advatage of anything that will promote my profession as a realtor. As of late though, I find it a huge task to keep up with all the social sites that need updating whether they be business or personal. I seem to remember someone mentioning a website that distributes blogs to the social media sites but even with that, it takes time to write the proper subjects for certain sites. In this day and age one has to keep up with current technologies or lanquish in the ranks. Aside from acid rain, I have other social contacts and try to keep up with these but I must tell you, I get brain cramp from trying to get everything organized. Business sites keep poping up with information that you feel you must print and if that isn't enough, you go through guilt trips if you don't read what you printed. You almost become hysterical trying to do social media, market, learn, and do your job. Whew! Well I guess it was my turn to vent. Anybody else?
LOL....I hear you !! I have been looking for a "tech assistant" to help me out with a lot of the sites that need updating....I can do Active Rain and won't turn that over but the others are really hard for me to keep up on!!!
I just keep saying progress not perfection!!
I had enough and dropped out of Facebook and Linkedin. Too much time on social media makes me feel disconnected to my family and associates.
I use AR and facebook. Do not spend a lot of time chatting on FB. I say do what works for you and stick with it.
