The average price of the homes has dropped about 27% on average over the last five years. The average price of the homes in 2006 was around $190,000 whereas in 2009 to 2010 that average price is around $140,000 and seemed to have leveled out. So there is some room for price appreciation which makes these properties a great value especially for the first time home buyer. (see graph below)

The volume of homes sold from year to year has fluctuated as the overall real market has seen fluctation (see the graph below). Sales were heavily influenced by the tax credits and builder incentives in 2008 and 2009. Also there was less reporting from the builder in the MLS in 2006 and 2007.
