How to Build a YouTube Channel for Real Estate Advertising

YouTube has been famous worldwide because of its practicality in meeting the needs of the downloader, be it a person wanting to share some fun, or a company who might want to get noticed for their video advertisements. If you’re up for a new campaign, especially in the real estate industry, then you might get interested in using You Tube as a means of communication between you and your viewers. But first, you need to learn the “how to’s” of building a YouTube channel for advertising.

First you need to ask yourself, "What information am I going to put up in my real estate marketing channel?" Here are the answers. You can do researches for gathering specific information that needs some detailed descriptions regarding some properties that are up for sale. The commercial itself has to look convincing to the viewers, especially to your clients. You must know how to catch their interests through categorizing each real estate based on the specific needs of the clients. If some of them need housing units that will be used as a “siesta” residence, then you will need to add it on the list and specify the type of housing unit that fits this type of need. And for the marketing strategy to become effective, you will need to invest a lot of time, money, and efforts in this task. Just make sure your investments will not be put into waste - go create your own channel now and spread the ideas before it's gone.

Secondly, you have to know what particular types of viewers your advertising channel will be focusing on, and these viewers form your own clients as follows: independently-living people, family-oriented people, business owners, and others who might want to purchase either a parcel of land or a house through your agency. If you will need a specific target market for your channel launch, then you need to optimize you capacity in considering their needs. The next thing you know, you’re already building up a brand strategy of your own.

Next is the amount of information that you need to put up into your own channel. Are all information relevant to your business' marketing strategy? For instance, you might want to add up some information such as the details of each housing unit (total square units based on floor plan, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking available, location of each housing units on a model house basis, and the location of the real estate).  The message of the actual YouTube channel advertisement must go directly to your target viewers. They must understand the message clearly. Because if the information on the commercial is getting a bit loaded (especially on the first part of it), there will be a tendency that others will just ignore the rest of your advertisement. A simple advertisement containing significant information is much likely to be appreciated than a much elaborated marketing channel which is not understood at all. Another idea would be hiring a YouTube specialist, who already knows the basics of “how to’s” in creating a high-profile YouTube channel for advertising. Through him, you can turn your ideas into a more sophisticated look through your own commercial, plus you can learn from his works by adding comments to your own advertisement. For a real estate commercial to be effective, not only the message has to be clear to the viewers but its overall appearance as well. Images of properties should be eye-catching in the first place.   Hiring a specialist also lets you have the advantage of saving your time and effort researching on things, which you are not very familiar with, especially with regard to YouTube advertising. What you need to add more will depend on what he can suggest based on your style of advertising your own real estate business.

Since YouTube is a friendly community used by different people worldwide, you must also be aware of other advertisements that may have some similarities to your own advertising channel. You can search on them and compare their strategy over your own. In case you don’t want to find out about your competitor’s videos and you want to focus more on your possible customers, you can check people’s comments on your videos. You can have ideas on what to improve, and what to retain in the future.

To summarize it all, the success of building your own channel for advertising merely depends on you. YouTube is only an instrument, which lets you create a more push towards marketing your products and services. So you must create something that is easily understood, informative, and eye-catching to the viewers' perspectives. Because I always believe that a favorable first impression is always a valuable tactic for a one-chance good impression not just to your own commercial, but to your own company, as well.

Thanks Everyone....especially Cameron for reccomending me for a feature.  I love helping agents be
their best...I especially love it when the advertising we do is FREE and YouTube is FREE and Fun.

I also know a FREE service I use to make videos and post them to YouTube....it is really easy to use.

If you don't have time to do it let me know and I will reccommend someone to help you...I have VA's
and social marketers that help me...but I love doing it myself too...I guess it is my creative side.

But I still love selling real estate and I get a lot of business from the Internet. I think it is great how you can start relationships and trust there and then when you meet your buyers and seller's for the first time in person it is like you have know each other for a long time!
