Belle Terre Traffic
On Friday, August 31, 2007, Welch Tennis Courts will conduct the construction of the entrance to the Palm Coast Tennis Facility. This will impact the area 1.4 miles north on Belle Terre from SR 100. This includes the installation of the stabilizer material and base.
Welch Tennis Courts apologizes for any inconvenience or delays that this construction may cause the residents in the area. If required by the inspector, a flagger will be provided for maintaining proper traffic control.
Your patience, understanding, and cooperation during this construction process are appreciated. Please observe a lower speed while traveling in this area and be vigilant in watching for people involved in the construction. Colbert Lane Closure
On September. 6th, 2007, from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM, Colbert Lane between Palm Coast Pkwy. NE & SE will be closed. It will be open for Emergency Vehicles only.
Plateau Lane Closure
On Monday, August 27th, 2007, the City of Palm Coast Utility Department will commence rehabilitation activities on the gravity sewer system at 36 Plateau Lane. This road will be closed to thru traffic and the area will be limited to local traffic only.
It is the Utility Department's intent to cause the residents in this area as little inconvenience as possible.

On I-95
Interstate 95 may experiance occasional delays between Palm Coast Parkway and Old Dixie Highway due to construction in that area. Lane closures sometimes occur between 8:00 P.M. and 6:00 A.M. Due to the lanes narrowing down from 3 to 2 and back heavy delays may be experianced anytime during periods of heavy travel.
Off Ramps near State Road 100 may be occasinally closed due to construction in that area.
In Palm Coast Palm Coast Parkway Closures
On Monday July 9, 2007 through Wednesday,August 15, 2007, P&S Paving will commence construction activities involving road closures on Palm Coast Parkway. These closures will be necessary to build the turn lanes between Cypress Point Parkway and I-95.
It is the intent of this contractor to cause the businesses, residents, and motorists in this area as little inconvenience as possible.
