I could about the impact of "Freezing Foreclosures" on the metro Cincinnati real estate market. However you're in luck- CNN Money has an excellent article explaining "where we are now?" Bottom line- if you have a contract on a foreclosed property in Cincinnati, West Chester, Hyde Park or Mason- you may go into a holding pattern until the lenders resolve (and regulators) resolve a multitude of issues.
