Rainmaking

Hope that all of you are well.

Today I became a rainmaker.  If any of you have any tips or feedback, feel free to let me know.  I am really looking forward to being a interactive Realtor.

By the way, business has been good.  My listings are getting shown and I hope to have an offer on one this week.

I have a new listing becoming active this Friday.  The owner is adding the final touches to this nice home.
