The Professional bull riders have made their world wide head quarters on the Historic Arkansas River walk of Pueblo or HARP. Ty Murray was on hand and gave a speech to the hundreds in attendance, standing on Union Ave. The $11Million dollar building housing PBR sits on the River walk and is viable to every one who visits. The PBR says that bull riding is the toughest sport on dirt - and I believe them.
