Agent: What were the deciding factors that ultimately led to your decision to purchase this home?

Owner: We purchased this home three years ago and at that time there was a very limited inventory of homes for sale in Daphne.  Chamberlain Trace is one of the more prominent subdivisions in Daphne and we were able to negotiate a fair price.  So I guess it boiled down to price and location.

Agent: What improvements have you made to the home since purhasing it 3 years ago?

Owner: The interior was covered in wallpaper.  We stripped the walls and painted the entire interior.  There was very little done to the home in terms of landcaping.  As you can see, we have done a significant amount of landscaping work to both the front and backyard.

Agent: What will you miss about living in this home and residing in Chamberlain Trace?

Owner: This has been a great house for us.  I really love relaxing on our screened porch and enjoying the lush landscape of our backyard.  The high ceilings and the sitting room in the master are my two favorite features of the home.  Chamberlain Trace is a very safe and family frienldy community.
