Surprising as it might be, properly priced Morgan Hill homes are selling very fast right now, right across the market, at all price points. In fact in the last few weeks we've seen a significant number of multiple offers, some pushing sale prices above list prices, even on higher price homes. Presumably this is due to the current condtions of extremely low interest rates coupled very low inventory levels. Right now there are just 145 single family homes available for sale in Morgan Hill, which is very low indeed for a city of 34,000.
