Just a follow up to my group email to thank all who have already joined the group. If you haven't already read what the idea behind the group's formation was I invite you to read the first blog I wrote when I started this group. Please invite others to join that you think may be interested in our group forum!
I want this to be for YOU and specifically for related stories and information. When clients go looking for information in our area it would be great to have a local resource to go to from the Pros that know!
You don't have to be a Plano-ite to post or comment here either!
Make sure you post your blogs to the Localism feature on AR, that way it is specific to our region and can be found easily when someone is searching for Plano related information.
Think of this group as a mini-network within the greater arena of the force that is Active Rain.
I love the site but it is overwhelming at times with so much information it can make your head spin. I've learned so much from others throughout the country on AR and have even had the pleasure of speaking with and corresponding personally with many AR members around the US and Canada. It truly is remarkable.
I would love to see our local AR members get to know each other better as well. After all, we are working and living in this community and it is through getting to know one another on a personal level that we will feel confident with one another on the business level should we need to refer one another.
I have gotten to know several of you,
- Loreena Yeo, Frisco Realtor extraordinare and new mom to be invited me to Active Rain (Thank you Loreena!)
- Barie Pinnell, is a fellow stager and very good friend
- Tom Burris, the Dallas Loan Guy is funny and full of great info (& is promising a party at his new digs sometime in the near future right Tom?)
- Linda Box Taylor is a fellow ASP stager and Realtor
- I would like to get to know the rest of you!
Please feel free to let us know about you! I invite you to share a little bit about you or a lot and please let me know you thoughts on how to grow our local group and ideas for networking!
Have a great weekend!
