Takoda is a new planned unit development in Louisville, Colorado. The plan is for a mix of single family homes, row homes, condominiums and commercial space.
Located on the northeast corner of Louisville. North of South Boulder Road and east of HWY 42.
Two Builders will be involved for the residential portion of the housing: Ryland Homes and Boulder Creek Life and Home.
I attended a meeting last week with Ryland Homes and I was able to view some preliminary models and floor plans for their houses. Prices will range from mid $300's to mid $500's. This is an initial estimate.
Public schools for this neighborhood will be Louisville Elementary School, Louisville Middle School and Monarch High School and all three of these schools are in the Boulder Valley School District.
The plan is for ground to be broken as early as Spring, 2011.
