As I mentioned last week, several lenders announced they were stopping their foreclosure process and are reevaluating their inventory to see if the foreclosure procedures were done correctly.  Since then a number of REO’s have been withdrawn from the market. They will probably go back on once the lenders reevauate their paperwork.
