Arvada Colorado is a small city with a historic town center about midway between Denver and Boulder.
The Rainbow Ridge neighborhood consists of 335 homes, of mixed styles including some attached homes. There is an active HOA. Rainbow Ridge is north of I-70 and south of 58th Ave, east of Ward Road.
