Seventy-three of these homes were in Brandon (75 homes sold last year in this area during the same time frame). 14 sales were in Pearl, (down from 31 last year), six homes sold in Flowood, in comparison to last year in which 8 Flowood homes sold. Ten homes sold in Florence, (compared to 9 sales during the same time last year) and 9 homes sold in Richland (compared to 4 sales last September).
