Gaylen:  Patience?  Is that what it takes to deal with unprofessional agents?  OMG, no wonder nearly blew my top!!!  Thank you for saying my out of town client is lucky to have me.  There are no traffic jams on the extra mile!

BB: Absolutely the pictures should have been there.... but they weren't... and I fixed that problem really quickly. :)

Tom:  You are absolutely correct, our responsibility is service service service.... what's more amazing is this is a new RE company in this subdivision, the developer kicked the well known company out because he felt they were paying them too much $$$.... I guess they are getting their dollars worth now... ha ha

So all in all..... this type of action will eventually weed out the half-hearted agents from "us" extended stay REALTORS®

Darleen:  I was a little taken back myself...glad I could supply a laugh.  It's funny now that I think about it, at the time I didn't even skip a beat and just set up appointments to preview AND take pictures!
