Portland Ranked Best in the WORLD

Yes... in the WORLD!!!  And not for something lame like "best place to live" or "most responsible", Portland has the best FOOD CARTS in the whole WORLD!!! 

A perfect storm of entrepreneurship, foodie culture and a an accommodating city created an evironment that now has over 500 food carts.  The variety is quite staggering and it's not just lunchtime.  There are many great late-night options, not to mention breakfast.

I must say there are some really good ones out there. I live near Greely and Killingsworth in Portland and visit the carts often. It's a great place to meet people too!!

I've always been afraid of food carts because of their cleanliness until I lived across the street from the burrito cart on Division.  They make the best burritos there, they are huge, cheap and taste amazing!  I'm getting hungry, gotta go...
