New Homes in Petaluma with Lots of Incentives

You maybe wonder about all the grading going on along 101 and Petaluma blvd south.  KB Homes is getting ready to build Quarry Heights, 142 townhomes called Stonebridge at Quarry Heights and 130 Single Family Homes called Sterling Hills at Quarry Heights.  The floor plans will range from 1348-2880 square feet, with multiple floor plans to choose from.  No prices yet and the builder's approach to the slow market for new homes in the past four years is build-to-order within three to four months based on buyer selections.

But why wait.  Rates are at an all time low and I have been seeing clients get 4.25% on 30 year fixed loans.  If you're in the market for a home in Petaluma you need to check out Lindberg Homes or Riverview homes.  Lucky for you they still have a couple left with great buyer incentives.

Riverview Homes of Petaluma by Lennar are off of McNair Blvd in south Petaluma.  These are larger homes, 3-4 bedrooms from 2396 sq ft to 3,376 sq ft.  They all come with numerous upgrades from granite counters, to tile floors and hard wood floors, double sinks, most on big lots and some with views of Petaluma River.  These homes are ready for Solar and you should see the computer model of what your energy bill would be per year.  They are basing this on homes they sold in Dublin with similar solar, but larger homes and there total bill was around $500 year.  I can do that in a couple months in my house.  It's a must have upgrade if your purchasing one these homes.  Riverview Homes of Petaluma are also offering buyer incentives.
