Louisville, Colorado Real Estate - September Sales Statistics
We had our coldest night of the season so far last evening in Louisville. Fall is definitely in the air. The Colorado Mountains have received their first snowfall and the ski areas are busy making their man made snow. The race is on to see which of the ski areas will open first!
Below are the Louisville, Colorado Real Estate, September Sales Statistics:
The number of single family home sales increased by 13.3% while the number of attached dwellings decreased by 71.4%
Total year-to-date sales for single family homes decreased only sightly by 0.7%. Year-to-date sales for attached dwellings declined even farther by 35.4%.
Average days to contract decreased for single family dwellings by 20.3% to only 55 days while it increased by a whopping 159.3% for attached dwellings to 153 days!
Inventory increased by 37.2% for single family homes and increased by 7.7% on attached dwellings.
Average Sales price on single family homes increased by 5.7% but declined by 27.3% on the attached dwellings.
