Burger King Kids

                                                                 Burger King

I have too much time on my hands!
As a result I spend much of it reading my substantial on line News subscriptions.

~~

The Daily Beast does a pretty good job of posting "snipits' of newsworthy news stories. So this morning I punished myself again by reading yet another story on the current Real Estate crisis....how we got here and how they aren't handling it!

This NY Times article  about the hiring (or lack of) of Foreclosure processors will make your blood boil (unless you've become so jaded to what's going on you don't feel it anymore)

In this day and age of clever titles to suit all circumstances....Burger King kids sort of says it all.
(At least for a change they didn't pick on McDonalds!)
Keep up the fancy footwork Mr.Burger King...you can't stop now!

That's not fair to all the hard working Burger King kids who do their jobs properly. :-(

That king really creeps me out.  I've never liked those commercials where he just pops up places...not a fan of his dancing either, LOL!

Looks like no one likes this tap tap tap dancing the lenders have been doing.  I am really disappointed that lenders have acted in this matter.  It just never seems to stop and I can't believe what I am reading.  I fear it will have a very negative effect on the real estate market for a very long time!  If all the titles are a mess, then everything will grind to a halt as title insurance companies don't want to play in the real estate stand box.. Looks like a lot of quick sand a that!

Hi Sharon...he creeps me out too! The new commercials with the close ups of that sinister face are skin crawling! I'm thinking it's an appropriate symbol for what's happening!

Hi Joan...I see we are on the same page! This is really BAD and the lack of acknowledgement by our industry isn't helping us or our potential clients. It is obvious that this is going to stay bad for quite some time!

The banking industry has been doing this on the cheap for years, hiring kids with little or no training and paying them Burger King wages.  If bankers could get away with it, they'd automate banks altogether and eliminate any personal service.

The "race to the bottom" in the lending industry is no surprise, but they will pay for it eventually.

Thanks Tom..

I'm posting a foliage one today!

The unfortunate part Eric...is that they aren't the only ones who will pay!
