Does anyone have any news on when the real estate market is expected to pick up? What percentage is it down from last year?

Whoa... That is a region-region question. (Also a good question for the AR forums). Our market has actually INCREASED since last year in under $200k and over $400k homes. The $200k-$400k home market (in my hometown of Colorado Springs) really hasn't slowed - but it has not increased either.
