We had the opportunity to do a one-to-one with Mo Anderson from Keller Williams Realty Int'l which was a great honor and pleasure to hear her speak on culture and the importance of it.
One of the most important things to know about her is her passion for helping people become better at what they do in all parts of life. First thing and most important thing we learned is how important it is to be consitently involved in training and education.
Education is what drives and seperates peole from watching their goals go past them and achieving their goals. The goal is to set goals and have other help you achieve them through accountability and being the best at what you have a passion for.
Mo Anderson is a great leader and a high achiever. She helps us stay in culture through training and keeping education in front of you all the time.
