I got a moosely warm family reception in Columbus.  Now, how I could I pass on taking this photo?  :)

Here's another glimpse of Yellowstone River (if you have an eye for detail, you can see 5 geese flying in the sky.. those are the 5 dots in the sky close to the middle of the pictures).

I really like the details in the older homes and public buildings. And that they're surrounded by such amazing scenery is a bonus!

John,

We sure have lots of older homes in my area.  It sure is beautiful to see them surrounded by beautiful scenery.  It brings them to light and we can appreciate them even more!  :)

Your pictures are so beautiful...we really have no fall here in southern Texas... the only trees that really change color are the Tallow trees...we call them trash trees...because of all the debris they leave.

Beautiful!  Fall is one of my favorite times to take pictures.  We have finally had some beautiful days here - cold and crisp in the morning and just sunny beautiful in the afternoons.  I too have been taking pics, and always love getting ideas from you.  Thanks!  ...geri

Geri,

You are welcome!   I hope you had great fall weather for your niece's wedding this past weekend.   Keep taking photos... it only improves with experience (the more photos you take) and applying the ideas you get by seeing the photos taken by others.  :)
