Recently I had the opportunity to visit One Bal Harbour at the North end of Bal Harbour right at the Intercoastal to see apartment 906, an H Model apartment, with North Views, priced at just $650 sft or $650 per sft for a 2,000 sft apartment with 2 Bedrooms & 2.5 Baths.
We first arrive at the garage where we were able to appreciate the 3 floors of parking under-neat the building and the large storage that each unit gets when you purchase a condo at One Bal Harbour.
Unfortunately they did not let us see the fantastic lobby, part of it shared with the Regent International 5 star Hotel. However, I have seen the lobbies and saloons of Bellamare, a Luxury Building also built by WCI Communities in Aventura, Florida in William Island. If the Lobby and saloons are like the ones of Bellamare they will be fantastic!
We went via the private elevator to the apartment. When we walked in we saw the fantastic view, unblocked for miles, of Halouver Beach, Park, Bay for as far as the eye can see. We seen many apartments right in front of the Beach, but I have never seen so much sand as I saw from this apartment, you see miles of Beaches.
Once we approached the balcony we were able to see the boats coming in and going out to the Ocean via Halouver Inlet. The terraces come with flooring and of course the balconies have Impact Resistant Glass to allow the views to be seen from anywhere in the apartment except the bathrooms and utility room.
And speaking of the Bathrooms, what a Master Bath, I will post some pictures for your enjoyment.
The Kitchen is open with appliances that are just amazing: Bosch, Wolf, Miele & more. Includes Wine cooler, Expresso Machine, Granite as high as it needs to go, Italian Cabinets. The Kitchen is open to the Living / Dining Area.
The Utility Room was very impressive with lots of cabinets, a water faucet and lots of storage.
The apartment has 10 foot ceilings, crown molding, floor to ceiling windows and doors, safety box and the views are just wow. I have seen great views but to be in the City and have views that go for miles day or night it was jst a sight to keep forever.
For the ones tht can afford the best One Bal Harbour is definitively one of the best buildings built in South Florida in one of the top destinations, Bal Harbour, close to Bal Harbour Shops, right at the Inlet with a Beach Club, Guerlein Spa, World Class Restaurant & Bars, Concierge Service, 5 star services including room service and today these units can we purchased practically a the prices they sold 4 years ago of $650 to $800 per foot when buildings like Bellini and Majestic are selling for $800 sft even at these tough Real Estate times. And Regent Bal Harbour, where the Sheraton Bal Harbour sits today, is selling Pre-Construction at over $1,200 per sft.
One Bal Harbour is my favorite Luxury Building at today's bargain Real Estate prices.
