I have seen my share of foreclosed homes and helped people decide on whether to buy them or not and I do get a few people that think they will make a killing by offering almost nothing for them, lucky for me I am not the Realtor, you can waste a lot of time by offering too little, and you can end up being ignored a playing that low ball offer game.

People ignore that these homes still have value, there are deals to be had but you still can't buy a home for pennies on the dollar.
