8 new Bank owned Properties (Foreclosures) this week
8 new foreclosures this week. One in Livermore (and it looks really nice) a few in Fort Collins & Loveland and one mobile home (or lot) on Alice in Mountain Range Shadows for $29,900. There is also one in Eagle Ranch estates for $724,900. It will be interesting to pay attention to the new foreclosures. I don't think that Colorado is going to see too much difference in activity with postponing foreclosures. When I visited with the Attorney General at the Old Fashioned Political Rally, he was talking about all the AG's were asking the "banks" to make sure they were doing it right. Colorado's Procedures is much better than many states. Still, some people get caught incorrectly.
