Thanks re: the blue!  The outside of the house had a Cape Cod look which is not the norm in So Cal.  The investor was hoping I would give the property a beach theme look.  I warned against any "theme" type look since it could limit the Buyers.  So I thought blue would flow well and added some shells in the candle holder base to appease my client. :)  As for the kitchen cabinets, I have a very talented painter that I have used in several properties that has quite the touch.  Not sure how she does it but she does it well and within budget too :)

Linda - Thanks! I use the wall colors in most of my Investors homes. The vases behind the sofa are actually metal with a nice shine (except for the small one which is wood).  The trees are from Stein-Mart.  It's hit or miss when they have them.  I love them too since they have small bases and don't take up too much space!  Always a plus when selling square footage....ever bit helps!

Sally - Thanks! LOL hope you didn't hurt yourself with the "flip"! Blue is a new color for me and I love to use it in smaller homes.  A nice light color.  :)  Yes...that is stenciling....remember when we all loved stenciling?? Oy!

I suggested checking with a professional and they did and were happy with using a great pro company that knew how to get it done correctly!  Gotta love Professionals :)
