Fannie Mae Incentives For Home Buyers and Realtors

Fannie Mae (Federal National Mortgage Association) has 390 propetries for sale in New Hampshire. FNMA is offering incentives: 3.5% of the purchase price back to buyers towards their closing costs and $1,500 to Realtors who can help a buyer close on a home by December 31. 2010.

The buyers must be owner occupants and Realtors must be working with owner occupants. No investor deals will be honered with the incentives.

Note of caution: deals signed after November 15, 2010 may not have enough time to close by December 31, 2010. Deals must close in 60 days.
