Audubon Homes | Huge Natural Habitat Surrounded Audubon Homes

Audubon Homes: are you considering searching through the many Audubon homes for sale? Thinking of learning more about the Audubon homes and various elements provided by the city?

Audubon is a small town about 25 miles away from Philadelphia.  Many of the Audubon houses are surrounded by the vast greenery that is reserved for habitat reservation or designated park and trail areas. A whole new world is opened up by the great outdoor experience that awaits with the many Audubon homes.

The popular Audubon house structure is the single family housing unit. The style of the single family Audubon can vary from a more modern house that has a newly constructed feel to it to the older more contemporary one floor ranch style homes. There are many trees and greenery around the different Audubon houses and neighborhoods but many of the Audubon homes feature huge lawn space in both the front and back yards.

Various Audubon home listing prices range from the low $200,000 for tiny single family homes with small yards to the mid $600,000 for huge newly constructed Colonial style homes with large front and back yards.

Audubon restaurants
are known for their local eatery atmosphere. There are many regular customers that eat several times a week at the restaurants and the friendly atmosphere within the restaurant makes it feel as if everyone knows everybody else. Within walking distance or a very short car ride from the Audubon homes the various restaurants are sure to be Audubon home owners favorites. Two of my favorite local restaurants include Tony’s Pizzeria where pizza night isn’t just on Friday’s and Audubon Ale House which serves a wide range of bar style foods from sandwiches to wraps and wings. Chadwicks is the best for American Cuisine in fine dining style.
