We've got quite a few excellent buys in the real estate marketplace right now. Compared to the boom years of 2003-2006, I'm simply amazed how far the dollar will go. Many of our clients are buying homes in the $200,000-$250,000 price range that were formerly as high as $350,000-$400,000! As always a large percentage of the homes tend to be foreclosures, short sales, and bank-owned homes.
There are a few builders currently offering Eagan New Construction. As always, there are some builders we really trust, and others that, well, we don't.
