Do You Go The Extra Mile? I'm Packing And Moving A Client Out of one of Our Ozark Mo Homes For Sale!

Ok, I confess..........My buyer's agent (my daughter) rented her house to one of our clients that just sold their home. It a wonderful ranch style home in the Ozark school district. We listed it about a month ago, and she has since decided to rent it.

So, while I have her showing property, I'm packing her home.

After being a military wife for 20 years, I do know how to pack. It's like riding a bicycle. Once you learn, you never forget.

Another thing I've learned.......

I DON'T HIRE OUT!

I had this listing once with the Seller out of town. When the renters left, they left the refrigerator full of food and the kitchen counters full of dishes with food, beer bottles and just general ick. Since this was in the middle of the summer, the meat and dairy that was left in the refrigerator that was now off for a week was VERY ripe (and juices oozing out on the floor). Does cleaning this out and the kitchen up qualify as going the extra mile?? Eww, I can still remember that smell.

Cindy, that definitely is going the extra mile. I left on vacation one year and accidently unplugged the freezer. We were gone two weeks and when we got home, it was aweful. I can remember that smell as well.
