Protecting Yourself From Mortgage Fraud

According to the FBI, mortgage fraud is still on the rise. Here's a 3 minute interview from the Today Show that will help you identify and avoid common frauds.

As far as your mortgage paperwork, make sure you always read the documents and understand what they mean. If you don't understand and have any questions at all, make sure to ask until you get true clarification and feel comfortable signing it.

If you're buying a home in Sacramento or in any of the greater Sacramento area and need a Sacramento mortgage, please contact me. I'd love to help you.

Our association just offered a class on mortgage fraud.

It was a real eye opener.

It always takes my breathe away to hear how innocent people are taken advantage of in these times.
