Thinking of selling your home? Let's develpp a showing strategy so that your home will be available to as many people as often as possible. If you are thnking of selling your home yourself,( a "For Sale by Owner") you will have even more difficulty keeping some sense of order in your home as people will feel free to knock on your door at all hours of the day nad night. Let a REALTOR handle the showing schedule-it's like your own "easy" button!

As a Seller, your home needs to be available for Buyers to view.  You loose opportunities to sell each time that your home in unavailable.  It may be inconvenient but the sooner the house is sold, the better for you and your family. If you have specific requirements, such as the children's bedtime, have this included in your listing so that booking agents will know the limits and try to arrange the showing around your needs.  If you just want to stay home with no interruptions, then think that you could have many many nights of uninterrupted TV watching if the house does not sell.  Accommodate the Buyers as much as possible.

Get up. Get dressed. Get out.

Nice reblog, I think this is just good solid advice that should be repeated long and often...
